Jillian Szymanowski, DPT

Dr. Szymanowski is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy passionate about helping patients  overcome pain and return to their active lifestyles. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL and completed her orthopedic physical therapy residency at University of Texas Medical Branch. Dr. Szymanowski is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and has completed advanced fellowship training in manual physical therapy. She has been practicing in the Greater Houston area since 2019 with extensive experience in outpatient PT. Dr. Szymanowski has developed expertise in treating complex pain conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports injuries.

Dr. Szymanowski takes a comprehensive, multi-modal approach to pain management, combining manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to achieve optimal outcomes. Her leadership experience includes managing therapy teams and mentoring junior therapists, ensuring the highest quality of care across the practice. She has worked with diverse patient populations, from athletes to individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries and chronic pain conditions.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Szymanowski maintains an active lifestyle just as she encourages her patients to do. She enjoys many forms of exercise including weightlifting and boxing. She is committed to helping patients throughout Greater Houston and Victoria achieve lasting pain relief and improved function through evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
